April 10, 2019
Cleveland at Detroit 1:10 PM ET
Trevor Bauer is off to a dominating start and the Cleveland right-hander looks to post another strong outing when the Indians visit the Detroit Tigers on Wednesday in the second contest of a three-game set. Bauer has allowed one hit in 14 innings and pitched seven no-hit frames in his last turn before being removed.
Tampa Bay at Chi. White Sox 2:10 PM ET
The Tampa Bay Rays are a hot squad and they look to complete a three-game series sweep in Chicago when they face the White Sox on Wednesday. The Rays are 4-1 during a nine-game road excursion and their 9-3 record is the second best in the American League.
Atlanta at Colorado 3:10 PM ET
Kevin Gausman's dream of pitching in a major-league game in his hometown finally could be realized when his Atlanta Braves visit the Colorado Rockies on Wednesday afternoon, although Denver will be under a blizzard warning. It is unfortunate that Gausman, who grew up less than 20 miles from Coors Field in Centennial, Colo., wasn't scheduled to pitch on Tuesday, when temperatures were in the low 70s at game time.
San Diego at San Francisco 3:45 PM ET
Known primarily for his defense throughout his seven-year career, Kevin Pillar has been a pleasant surprise at the plate since joining the San Francisco Giants last week. Pillar has recorded eight RBIs over the last two days for Giants, who face the visiting San Diego Padres on Wednesday in the rubber match of their three-game series.
Miami at Cincinnati 6:40 PM ET
The Cincinnati Reds' sputtering offense showed signs of getting in gear before clicking on all cylinders in the series opener to account for two-thirds of its previous season total in runs. After answering three straight shutouts with a pair of five-run outings, the Reds aim to ride the momentum of a five-homer, 14-run onslaught into Wednesday's game when they host the Miami Marlins.
Oakland at Baltimore 7:05 PM ET
The Oakland Athletics ended a pair of losing streaks at the midway point of their 10-game road trip, halting a four-game overall slide and picking up their first road win of the season. Oakland used a pair of big innings to overwhelm Baltimore on Tuesday and hope the bats remain hot in the third of a four-game set against the Orioles on Wednesday night.
Washington at Philadelphia 7:05 PM ET
The Washington Nationals have benefited from a pair of late rallies to split their first four contests against the Phillies heading into Wednesday's series finale in Philadelphia. The Nationals answered Bryce Harper's second homer against them this season by going deep four times on Tuesday, including Victor Robles' two-out, game-tying blast in the ninth inning before Juan Soto's three-run shot in the 10th led the club to a 10-6 win.
Minnesota at NY Mets 7:10 PM ET
The New York Mets opened the season with six straight games away from home and are staring at a 10-game trek that begins Thursday, so heading into the road trip on a positive note is the top priority. After watching a rare clunker by ace Jacob deGrom, New York looks to salvage a split of a two-game interleague series versus the visiting Minnesota Twins on Wednesday night.
NY Yankees at Houston 7:40 PM ET
The bullpen has let the New York Yankees down in the first two games of the series and the Bronx Bombers will try to avoid a sweep when they visit the surging Houston Astros for the finale Wednesday night. The Yankees took leads into the seventh inning the first two games in Houston and allowed four runs in the seventh and eighth innings combined both nights to drop 3 1/2 games behind first-place Tampa Bay in the American League East.
LA Dodgers at St. Louis 7:45 PM ET
Yadier Molina's 2-for-28 start to the season is a distant memory as the St. Louis Cardinals host the Los Angeles Dodgers on Wednesday for the third contest of their four-game series. Molina is 7-for-16 in his last four contests after going 2-for-4 with two doubles and three RBIs in Tuesday's 4-0 victory - St. Louis' second straight over the Dodgers, who won eight of their first 10 games.
Pittsburgh at Chi. Cubs 8:05 PM ET

It hasn’t led to as many wins as they would like, but the Chicago Cubs’ offense is off to a historic start. The Cubs will try to keep the runs coming when they host the Pittsburgh Pirates for the second contest of a three-game series Wednesday.

Seattle at Kansas City 8:15 PM ET
Whit Merrifield has his sights set on a franchise record as the Kansas City Royals attempt to halt their eight-game losing streak when they continue their four-game series against the visiting Seattle Mariners on Wednesday. Merrifield posted his third straight multi-hit performance on Tuesday and matched a mark set by a Kansas City legend nearly four decades ago.
Texas at Arizona 9:40 PM ET
The Texas Rangers look to snap a season-high four-game losing streak on Wednesday, when they conclude a brief two-game interleague series against the host Arizona Diamondbacks. Texas carried a two-run lead into the ninth inning on Tuesday before losing 5-4 when closer Jose Leclerc blew his first save by allowing three runs – including a walk-off homer by pinch-hitter Jarrod Dyson.
Milwaukee at LA Angels 10:07 PM ET
The Los Angeles Angels hope to have their superstar in the lineup when they vie for their sixth consecutive win when they host the Milwaukee Brewers on Wednesday. Mike Trout went 2-for-2 and scored a run in Tuesday's 11-8 triumph before exiting in the fourth inning with a strained right groin.
