Devils 4, Coyotes 1: Stephen Gionta, Jordin Tootoo and Mike Cammalleri scored third-period goals as New Jersey completed a 1-1-1 road trip with a victory over struggling Arizona.

Adam Henrique recorded his 15th goal of the season and third in the last four games and Travis Zajac registered two assists for the Devils. Cory Schneider made 30 saves, Tootoo added an assist for his first two-point performance since Feb. 25, 2012, and Cammalleri also set up a goal.

Captain Shane Doan scored his 13th goal - and first in 15 games - for the Coyotes, who fell to 1-13-1 in their last 15 contests. Mike Smith (25 saves) failed to get much support again as Arizona has scored 22 goals in its last 18 games.

Schneider was sharp early, stopping Doan on the doorstep 25 seconds into the contest among his 13 first-period saves. New Jersey broke through on its third power-play opportunity after B.J. Crombeen was whistled for high-sticking when Zajac's slap shot sailed over Smith's head and caromed off the glass to Henrique, who chopped the puck into the net from the right post with 1:57 remaining in the second period.

Gionta scored his fifth goal 50 seconds into the third period when he knocked home the rebound of Tootoo's shot. After Doan tipped in Mark Arcobello's waist-high shot to cut the deficit in half with 13:55 remaining, Tootoo put the rebound of Cammalleri's shot past Smith 20 seconds later for his eighth and Cammalleri delivered his team-leading 25th goal and seventh in the last 12 games three minutes later with another rebound tally off defenseman Andy Greene's shot from the point.
