Canucks 4, Senators 3 (OT): Daniel Sedin scored at 4:05 of overtime as host Vancouver outlasted Ottawa.

Captain Henrik Sedin received a pass from defenseman Dan Hamhuis in the left faceoff circle and quickly dished the puck across the slot to brother Daniel, who fired it past Craig Anderson from below the right circle for his 12th career overtime goal. Shawn Matthias, Alex Burrows and blue-liner Kevin Bieksa also scored while Ryan Miller stopped 21 shots en route to his league-leading 11th victory.

Kyle Turris recorded a goal and an assist while Mike Hoffman and Mark Stone also scored for the Senators, who have lost three of their last four on the road. Anderson made 33 saves in the first meeting between the teams since the 2014 Heritage Classic at BC Place in Vancouver on March 2.

After a scoreless first period, Matthias got Vancouver on the board when he skated to the net from the top of the right circle and tucked the puck past Anderson at 6:13 of the second. Hoffman forged a tie by burying a rebound on the doorstep midway through the session, but Burrows converted a cross-crease feed from Nick Bonino with 3:43 remaining to put the Canucks back in front.

The lead lasted only 96 seconds as Turris grabbed a loose puck at the bottom of the left circle and snapped it past Miller. Bieksa gave Vancouver its third lead at 5:36 of the third with a shot from the right point, but Stone knocked in Turris' rebound 3:06 later to again knot the contest.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Hoffman has collected four of his five goals this season over his last four games. ... Turris has scored in back-to-back contests following a 12-game drought. ... Burrows' goal was his first at home since April 6, 2013.
