Ducks 5, Sharks 2: Patrick Maroon recorded the first two-goal performance of his career as host Anaheim clinched the Pacific Division title.

Corey Perry and Matt Beleskey each registered a goal and an assist while Jakob Silfverberg added an empty-net tally for the Ducks, who claimed the third division crown in franchise history - and second in a row. John Gibson turned aside 36 shots in his second straight - and second career - start as Anaheim set a club record with 112 points to move one ahead of St. Louis for the top seed in the Western Conference.

Defenseman Jason Demers and Logan Couture tallied for the Sharks, who have lost four of six. Antti Niemi allowed three goals on 19 shots before being replaced by Alex Stalock, who finished with nine saves.

San Jose took the lead with 1:43 remaining in the first period as Demers beat Gibson to the stick side with a shot from the right faceoff dot, but it was short-lived as Perry converted a backhand shot with three seconds left for his 43rd goal. Maroon scored on a wraparound at 3:32 of the second to put the Ducks ahead before Couture tallied from low in the right circle less than four minutes later.

Maroon put Anaheim in front for good at 9:35 with a shot from the left circle that beat Niemi to the glove side and spelled the end for the Finnish netminder. Beleskey grabbed a rebound in the left circle before beating Stalock with a shot from hash marks with 3:14 left in the period and Silfverberg added insurance while short-handed with 1:38 to go in the third.
