Kings 2, Blue Jackets 1 (OT): Defenseman Robyn Regehr scored at 2:33 of overtime as Los Angeles salvaged the finale of its four-game homestand.

Blue-liner Jake Muzzin netted a power-play goal for the Kings, who halted their four-game losing streak. Jonathan Quick turned aside 24 shots as Los Angeles won for just the second time in 11 contests.

Former Kings defenseman Jack Johnson scored for the Blue Jackets, who had their three-game winning streak snapped. Sergei Bobrovsky finished with 18 saves.

Regehr received a pass from Mike Richards and drilled a shot from just above the left faceoff circle that beat a screened Bobrovsky. It was the second goal of the season for Regehr, both of which have come against the Blue Jackets.

Columbus grabbed an early lead as Johnson accepted a cross-slot pass from Ryan Johansen and beat Quick from the right faceoff circle during a power play 1:40 into the contest. The goal held up until 3:09 of the third, when Anze Kopitar fed a streaking Muzzin in the slot for a tap-in between Bobrovsky's pads.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Kings were outscored 12-6 on their homestand and have recorded fewer than three goals in 11 of their last 14 overall games. ... Kopitar's assist gave him 12 points in his last 15 contests. ... Bobrovsky has allowed a total of seven goals while going 3-0-1 in his last four outings.
