Ducks 5, Coyotes 3: Rookie defenseman Hampus Lindholm scored a pair of goals and Dustin Penner added a tally and an assist as visiting Anaheim extended its winning streak to six games.

Captain Ryan Getzlaf and blue-liner Sami Vatanen also tallied for the Ducks, who swept the five-game season series between the Pacific Division rivals. Mathieu Perreault collected three assists and Corey Perry added two while Jonas Hiller finished with 28 saves in becoming the first NHL goaltender since Chris Osgood in 1996 to win 13 consecutive starts.

Martin Hanzal recorded a goal and an assist while Lauri Korpikoski and Mike Ribeiro also scored for the Coyotes, who completed a 2-4-0 homestand. Radim Vrbata notched three assists and Mike Smith made six saves in relief of Thomas Greiss, who allowed four goals on 23 shots in just under 31 minutes.

Korpikoski buried his own rebound in the slot 3:57 into the contest before Anaheim reeled off five consecutive goals to take control. Lindholm scored off a rebound in the left faceoff circle with 7:33 left in the first period and Vatanen put a slap shot from the right point between Greiss' pads at 5:44 of the second to put the Ducks ahead for good.

Penner converted a one-timer from the left circle at 9:11 and Getzlaf fired a backhander past Greiss 1:44 later to end the goaltender's evening. Lindholm completed his first career two-goal performance at 6:10 of the third, firing a shot under the crossbar from the doorstep during a power play for a 5-1 advantage.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Lindholm has scored three of his five NHL goals against the Coyotes. He netted his first career tally versus Phoenix on Nov. 6. ... Getzlaf blocked a shot by Phoenix D Michael Stone late in the second period and missed the third after going for X-rays on his foot. ... Anaheim leads the NHL with 16 road victories. ... Perry and Coyotes LW Mikkel Boedker both had their three-game goal-scoring streaks snapped.
