Lightning 4, Canucks 2: Linemates Alex Killorn and Valtteri Filppula each recorded a goal and an assist as Tampa Bay started a four-game road trip by defeating Vancouver.

Rookies Tyler Johnson and Nikita Kucherov also tallied for the Lightning, who scored three times in the final 4:33 of the second period to seize the lead. Ben Bishop turned aside 28 shots to gain at least a point in his ninth consecutive outing (7-0-2) and win his 21st game, tied for second in the league.

Zac Dalpe and Brad Richardson each scored a goal for Vancouver, which gave up only its third power-play goal in the last 14 games. Eddie Lack made 29 saves for the Canucks, starting in place of injured Roberto Luongo for the fifth straight game.

Richardson started a wild second period by beating Bishop from the left faceoff circle after a feed from Chris Higgins at 11:25. Filppula evened the score on a screen shot from the top of the left circle at 15:27 and Johnson converted on a two-on-one with Ondrej Palat 20 seconds later.

Dalpe swept in a pass from Dale Weise only 14 seconds after Johnson’s goal for his first of the season to forge a tie. But Kucherov’s blast from the right faceoff circle on the power play got by Lack with 2.6 seconds left in the second and Killorn’s deflection 7:28 into the third made it 4-2.
