Blue Jackets 4, Devils 1: Defenseman James Wisniewski collected a goal and two assists and Vezina Trophy winner Sergei Bobrovsky turned aside 24 shots to snap a four-game slide as Columbus kept New Jersey winless on the road.

Brandon Dubinsky netted a power-play goal and added an assist and Cam Atkinson also scored. Marian Gaborik capped the scoring with an empty-net tally for the Blue Jackets, who spotted the Devils a one-goal lead before scoring four straight over the final 1 1/2 periods.

Michael Ryder scored with the man-advantage and veteran Jaromir Jagr notched an assist while playing in his 1,400th NHL game. Cory Schneider finished with 20 saves for the Devils, who are winless in their last nine road contests (0-7-2).

With the game tied at 1-1, Atkinson capped a brilliant individual effort along the boards before his backhander from the high slot beat Schneider inside the left post with 4 1/2 minutes remaining in the second period. Wisniewski provided insurance 4:12 into the third after his shot from the blue line deflected off the stick of New Jersey defenseman Mark Fayne and past Schneider.

The Devils recorded the first seven shots of the second period before snapping a scoreless draw at the 6:24 mark. Ryder accepted a feed from Jagr before wiring a shot from the low slot that rang inside the far post for his team-leading fourth goal - and second in as many games. Dubinsky answered just over 3 1/2 minutes later after diving into the crease to poke home a rebound following Wisniewski's shot from the point.
