Blue Jackets 4, Predators 3: Mark Letestu collected a goal and an assist and Sergei Bobrovsky turned aside 32 shots as host Columbus extended its franchise-best point streak to 11 games (7-0-4).

Fedor Tyutin scored to record his 200th career point and fellow defenseman Nikita Nikitin and Derick Brassard also tallied. Vinny Prospal notched three assists to surpass 500 in his career for the Blue Jackets, who have seen 14 of their last 15 games decided by one goal.

Gabriel Bourque scored in the second period and Chris Mueller and Mike Fisher tallied 47 seconds apart late in the third. Pekka Rinne finished with 27 saves for the Predators, who lost the final four contests of their five-game road trip.

Tyutin opened the scoring 4:08 into the second period after his wrist shot from the blue line beat a screened Rinne. Letestu doubled the advantage just over 5 1/2 minutes later after beating Rinne over the shoulder for his seventh goal.

Bourque trimmed the deficit with 5:15 remaining in the session, but Nikitin scored on a one-timer and Brassard converted a 3-on-1 rush to give Columbus a 4-1 lead. Prospal's assist on the last goal gave him 501 for his career.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Nashville's Sergei Kotsitsyn was a healthy scratch, one game removed from taking an ill-timed line change on Sunday against Edmonton. ... Columbus D Dalton Prout assisted on Letestu's goal for his first career point. ... Predators D Kevin Klein blasted a shot from the point that caught Bobrovsky in the mask and throat early in the second period. Bobrovsky was briefly checked over by the trainer before staying in the game.
