Flyers 5, Jets 3: Brayden Schenn scored twice and set up Wayne Simmonds for the game-winner as host Philadelphia scored three power-play goals to rally for its third win in four games.

Captain Claude Giroux started the comeback during a 5-on-3 in the second period and Zac Rinaldo added an empty-netter for the Flyers, who received a 34-save performance from Ilya Bryzgalov. Jakub Voracek collected three assists, giving him 12 points during his five-game streak.

Schenn banged home a loose puck off a first-period scramble and tied the game with a one-timer from the slot on a power play at 6:18 of the third. He fed a cross-crease pass to Simmonds during the man advantage 2:39 later to help give Philadelphia its first victory this season when trailing after two periods.

Evander Kane opened the scoring for Winnipeg, which lost at Philadelphia for the first time in its last seven visits. Olli Jokinen added a goal for his first point in 10 games and Ondrej Pavelec stopped 34 shots.

Alexander Burmistrov scored on an acrobatic tip-in to give the Jets a 3-1 lead midway through the second period. Burmistrov jumped to avoid defenseman Grant Clitsome's point shot and reached down with his stick to tip the puck over Bryzgalov’s pad.

Hartnell played 14:54 and had five shots, two penalties and one hit. … Simmonds and Winnipeg’s Chris Thorburn dropped the gloves midway through the first period, while Kane and Flyers D Luke Schenn fought 7:50 later. … The Jets have two more road games against Atlantic Division opponents before returning to Winnipeg, visiting New Jersey on Sunday and the New York Rangers on Tuesday.
