Canucks 4, Stars 3: Defenseman Jason Garrison and captain Henrik Sedin scored 1:46 apart early in the third period and visiting Vancouver held on to snap its three-game winless streak.
Alex Burrows recorded a goal and an assist, blue-liner Kevin Bieksa also tallied and Cory Schneider made 22 saves for the Canucks, who have won five of their last six visits to Dallas.
Captain Brenden Morrow scored a goal and set up another, Jamie Benn and Michael Ryder each added a tally and Cristopher Nilstorp stopped 18 shots in his third career start for the Stars, who have lost three of four.
Vancouver erased a pair of one-goal deficits before taking its first lead 2 1/2 minutes into the third period, when Garrison blasted the puck inside the right post from the left point. Sedin made it 4-2 less than two minutes later, converting a return pass from Burrows during a 2-on-1 at 4:18.
Morrow pounced on Ryan Kesler's turnover on the doorstep at 6:07 to get Dallas within one. But the Canucks killed off Bieksa's interference penalty later in the session and improved to 1-0-1 on their four-game road trip.
