Canadiens 1, Panthers 0 (OT): Rene Bourque scored the game's only goal at 2:10 of overtime to lift visiting Montreal to a two-game sweep of its Florida trip.

Carey Price made 26 saves for his 17th career shutout and first since Feb. 11, 2012, coming up big in the third period by turning aside 13 shots.

Bourque scored his fourth goal of the season, converting a feed from rookie Alex Galchenyuk that deflected off a defender to give the Canadiens their second victory in as many games over the Panthers this season.

Jose Theodore, who was yanked in his last start after giving up five goals on 21 shots, absorbed the hard-luck loss against his former team, making 31 saves to fall to 2-3-1 lifetime against the Canadiens.

It was the second straight overtime defeat for Florida, which blew a two-goal lead in the final 5 1/2 minutes of regulation before falling to the Washington Capitals on Tuesday.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Galchenyuk ended a five-game point drought and collected his seventh assist of the season. ... Panthers RW Kris Versteeg sat out the game with an upper-body injury sustained in Tuesday's loss to Washington. C Shawn Matthias replaced him in the lineup. ... Montreal and Tampa Bay traded minor league goaltenders Thursday, with the Canadiens acquiring Dustin Tokarski and sending Cedrick Desjardins to the Lightning.
