Blue-liner Justin Schultz netted the lone tally for the Oilers, who have lost four of their last five home games - scoring fewer than two goals in each defeat. Ben Scrivens turned aside 25 shots in a losing effort.

The Blues opened the scoring with 7:49 remaining in the first period. After a turnover at the blue line, Stastny made a cross-slot pass to Jaskin, who one-timed it past Scrivens from the right faceoff circle for his 10th of the season.

Edmonton drew even 6 1/2 minutes into the middle session as Schultz beat Elliott to the glove side with a snap shot from above the slot. Stastny restored St. Louis' lead with 5:40 left in the third, carrying the puck from the left point to the high slot before ripping a backhander past Scrivens.
