Wild 4, Blackhawks 3: Jonas Brodin tied the game with a power-play goal with 5:39 remaining in the third period and fellow defenseman Marco Scandella scored less than four minutes later to lift host Minnesota to its second straight victory.

Matt Cooke and Zach Parise also tallied while blue-liner Jared Spurgeon notched a pair of assists for the Wild, who scored more than two goals for the first time in seven games. Josh Harding turned aside 16 shots as Minnesota defeated Chicago for the second time in three tries this season.

Jeremy Morin, Brandon Saad and Marian Hossa scored for Chicago, which had its six-game road winning streak snapped.

After squandering a 2-0 lead, the Wild used their power play to pull even as Brodin ripped a shot from the top of the right faceoff circle that deflected off Blackhawks defenseman Johnny Oduya and past Corey Crawford (19 saves). Scandella put Minnesota ahead with 1:48 remaining, unleashing a shot from the left point that beat Crawford to the glove side for his first goal of the season.

Cooke opened the scoring 4:23 into the game and Parise cashed in on a man advantage with just over three minutes left in the second to give the Wild a two-goal lead. Morin halved the deficit with 17 seconds to go in the session and Saad forged a tie 43 seconds into the third before Hossa gave Chicago the lead during a power play less than six minutes later.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Blackhawks registered only 19 shots on goal after unleashing 50 in Tuesday's home loss to Dallas. ... Minnesota scored two power-play goals for the fifth time this season but first since Oct. 24 against Carolina. ... Chicago RW Patrick Kane notched an assist, giving him at least one point in 15 of his last 16 contests.
