FLAMES 3, CANUCKS 2:
Michael Cammalleri scored twice in the third period and Miikka Kiprusoff turned aside 32 shots as Calgary ended Vancouver's season-high seven-game winning streak.

Curtis Glencross also tallied in the final period and Akim Aliu secured his first career NHL point for the Flames, who won for just the second time in 10 games (2-4-4).

Alex Burrows netted his 16th career shorthanded goal and Jannik Hansen also scored as the Canucks remained tied with the New York Rangers in the race for the Presidents' Trophy.

Vancouver finishes its regular season on Saturday by hosting Northwest Division rival Edmonton while New York will also play a home game against Washington. St. Louis, which sits two points behind Vancouver, hosts Phoenix on Friday and visits Dallas on Saturday.

After Cammalleri leveled the contest at 1-1 by cleaning up a backhander early in the third period, Glencross gave Calgary its first lead just over 7 1/2 minutes later. Glencross forced a turnover in the high slot and quickly wired a shot past Cory Schneider for his 26th goal.

Cammalleri provided insurance with his 20th goal with 3:37 remaining in the third period. Although Hansen trimmed the deficit to one just 26 seconds later, the Canucks couldn't solve Kiprusoff again and suffered their first loss since a 2-1 overtime setback to Chicago on March 21.
