Titans 23, Raiders 19: Ryan Fitzpatrick tossed a 10-yard touchdown pass to Kendall Wright with 10 seconds to play to lift the host Titans past the Raiders.

Fitzpatrick threw for a season-high 320 yards and two touchdowns on 30-of-42 and guided Tennessee (5-6) 80 yards in 14 plays for the winning score after Oakland went ahead on Matt McGloin's 27-yard scoring pass with 6:10 to play. Rookie Justin Hunter had six catches for 109 yards and a TD as the Titans joined a cluster of six teams in a tie for the second wild card at 5-6.

McGloin finished 19-of-32 for 260 yards with one touchdown and one interception in his second career start and Sebastian Janikowski kicked four field goals for the Raiders (4-7). Running back Rashad Jennings accounted for 122 yards for Oakland, which lost for the third time in four games.

Janikowski booted three field goals in the first half, including ones of 52 and 48 yards, but he missed a 32-yarder on the final play of the second quarter following a blocked punt by Jeremy Stewart. The Titans squandered a great scoring chance after Zach Brown returned an interception to the 11-yard line, but they settled for a 22-yard field goal by Rob Bironas and trailed 9-6 at the break.

Fitzpatrick hit Hunter down the right side for a 54-yard scoring strike on the first possession of the second half and, after Janikowski and Bironas exchanged field goals, McGloin hooked up with fullback Marcel Reese on a 27-yard scoring pass for a 19-16 edge with 6:10 to play. That gave Fitzpatrick plenty of time to rally Tennessee, which had scoring drives of 16 and 14 plays on its final two possessions.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Hunter, a second-round pick out of Tennessee, established season highs in receptions and yards. ... Raiders QB Terrelle Pryor, who started eight games this season but was questionable entering the contest, served as the backup to McGloin. ... Titans TE Craig Stevens suffered a neck injury in the first quarter and did not return.
