Cowboys 38, Eagles 33: Tony Romo connected with Dez Bryant for a touchdown for the second time late in the fourth quarter and Morris Claiborne returned a fumble 50 yards for a score as host Dallas handed Philadelphia its eighth consecutive loss.

Romo, who became the Cowboys' all-time leader in TD passes with his first scoring strike to Bryant, hooked up with the talented receiver for a 6-yard touchdown with 5:35 remaining to give Dallas (6-6) its first lead at 31-27. Romo completed 22 of 27 passes for 303 yards and three scores.

Philadelphia (3-9) appeared to be driving on its next possession before Bryce Brown fumbled at the Eagles 48 after a 4-yard gain. Claiborne scooped up the ball and raced into the end zone with 3:50 left, securing Dallas' sixth win in nine meetings with the Eagles.

DeMarco Murray returned from a six-game absence due to a sprained right foot and had 23 carries for 83 yards and a touchdown while Jason Witten made six catches for 108 yards for the Cowboys, who remained in playoff contention with their third win in four games.

Brown rushed 24 times for 169 yards and two scores and Nick Foles went 22-of-34 for 251 yards and a TD for Philadelphia, which hasn't won since Week Four against the New York Giants.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Romo's first touchdown pass to Bryant was his 166th, moving him past Troy Aikman for first place on the franchise list. ... Philadelphia's losing streak is its longest since it opened the 1968 season with 11 straight defeats. ... With LeSean McCoy out with a concussion, Brown has run for 347 yards and four touchdowns in his first two career starts. ... Eagles WR Demaris Johnson had a 98-yard punt return for a TD with 31 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter. It matched the third-longest punt return in NFL history.
