Tony Romo threw for 292 yards and three touchdowns and Dan Bailey kicked a 39-yard field goal in overtime to lift the Dallas Cowboys to a 27-24 win over the host Washington Redskins on Sunday.

Jason Witten, Dez Bryant and Laurent Robinson each caught a touchdown pass for the Cowboys (6-4), who have won three straight.

Washington (3-7) has lost six straight for the first time since 1998.

Romo completed a 14-yard pass to Martellus Bennett and a 26-yard strike to Bryant to get Dallas into field goal range in overtime.

The Cowboys rallied to take the lead in the fourth quarter, knotting it at 17-17 when Romo hit Robinson with a 7-yard touchdown pass at the 14:43 mark.

Dallas tied it just under six minutes later when Romo found Witten down the middle for a 59-yard score.

Rex Grossman brought the Redskins back on the final drive, completing 7 of 8 passes for 88 yards. He found Donte Stallworth on a fade route in the back of the end zone for a 4-yard score with 14 seconds left to force overtime.

Grossman got Washington into field goal range in overtime but Graham Gano missed a 52-yard attempt – his second miss of the game.

Grossman finished 25 of 38 for 289 yards, two touchdowns, one interception and a rushing score.
