Eddie Royal scored his first two touchdowns of the season – including an 85-yard punt return with 5:53 remaining – as the Denver Broncos scored the final 24 points to stun the host Oakland Raiders 38-24 on Sunday.

Willis McGahee also scored twice, including a 24-yard run with 1:53 left to ice it, and rushed for 163 of Denver’s season-high 298 yards as the Broncos (3-5) snapped a four-game losing streak to the Raiders.

Denver's Tim Tebow rushed for a career-high 117 yards and was 10 of 21 for 124 yards and two touchdowns.

McGahee’s 60-yard touchdown on the final play of the third quarter tied the game at 24, one play after Chris Harris intercepted Carson Palmer.

Palmer threw three touchdown passes and three interceptions – two to Champ Bailey – in his first start for Oakland (4-4), which remained in a first-place tie with San Diego and Kansas City in the AFC West.

Michael Bush had 129 yards of offense – 96 rushing – and his first career receiving touchdown as Oakland fell to 8-2 in its last 10 games against division foes.

The Raiders seemed to be in control after Jacoby Ford’s circus 18-yard touchdown catch in the third quarter made it 24-14.

Eric Decker caught his sixth touchdown pass in the last seven games, a 27-yarder in the first quarter to give Denver a 7-3 lead.

Palmer, obtained from Cincinnati in a trade Oct. 18, finished 19 of 35 for 332 yards.

Tebow, who improved to 3-3 as a starter in his career, has completed 46.4 percent of his passes this season.
