Aaron Rodgers threw three touchdown passes and the Green Bay Packers led from start to finish in eliminating the host Philadelphia Eagles from the postseason with a 21-16 victory on Sunday.

Rookie James Starks rushed for 123 yards and Tramon Williams made a game-clinching interception as the sixth-seeded Packers (11-6) beat the Eagles for the second time this season.

Green Bay advances to a rematch with the top-seeded Atlanta Falcons on Saturday night. Atlanta beat the Packers 20-17 on a last-second field goal in Week 12.

Michael Vick moved the Eagles in position for the winning touchdown, but his pass intended for Riley Cooper in the left corner of the end zone was picked off by Williams with 33 seconds to play.

Veteran place-kicker David Akers missed two field goal attempts - from 41 and 34 yards - for Philadelphia (10-7).

Rodgers finished 18 of 27 for 180 yards. He threw first-half scoring passes to Tom Crabtree and James Jones to stake the Packers to a 14-3 halftime lead.

The Eagles got back in the game after forcing a fumble by Rodgers in the first minute of the third quarter. Vick needed just two plays to connect with Jason Avant on a 24-yard scoring pass to pull Philly within 14-10.

Rodgers responded by leading the Packers on an 11-play, 80-yard drive on the ensuing possession, capping it with a 16-yard screen pass to Brandon Jackson for a 21-10 lead midway through the third.

Starks, a sixth-round draft pick who didn't play in his senior year of college, was appearing in just his fourth game and gave the Packers' beleaguered running game a needed jolt. It was only the second 100-yard game by a Green Bay back this season.

Vick wound up 20 of 36 for 292 yards with one TD and one interception. Vick's 1-yard sneak with 4:02 to play cut the deficit to 21-16, but the conversion pass failed.
