Seconds
after Vandenberg hit Kevonte Martin-Manley for a 24-yard score midway
through the first quarter, Hoosiers backup Nate Sudfeld was intercepted
by linebacker Christian Kirksey, who took it back 18 yards to give Iowa a
quick 14-0 lead.
Coffman and Latimer hooked up for their first
touchdown with only 47 seconds left in the first half to make it 14-10
and then connected on a 6-yard score midway through the third to give
Indiana its first lead 17-14. Their 30-yard scoring connection came four
plays after Bullock had put the Hawkeyes in front.
