GAME NOTEBOOK: Jeremy Moore's reception in the second quarter was the first by a Georgia Tech wide receiver this season. ... CB Rod Sweeting was chosen to wear No. 40 for the game in honor of Julian Burnett, a Georgia Tech linebacker who suffered a career-ending neck injury at the Sun Bowl. ... The two teams played for the first time since 1937. Georgia Tech leads the series 4-0.
