B.J. Daniels threw for four touchdowns and matched the school’s single-game record with 382 yards passing as No. 20 South Florida rolled over visiting Florida A&M 70-17 on Saturday.

South Florida accumulated 745 total yards to demolish the school record and also set a Big East standard. The previous high for the Bulls was 580 against Liberty in 2001. It was the second most points South Florida has ever scored.

Daniels passed for 355 yards in the first half, including an 84-yard connection with running back Darrell Scott, as the Bulls improved to 3-0.

Scott ran for 146 yards and totaled four touchdowns - three rushing - for the Bulls. It was the first career 100-yard rushing game for the transfer from Colorado.

Daniels hit A.J. Love for a 43-yard scoring strike 1:46 into the game. Scott and Daniels added touchdown runs for a 21-0 lead after one quarter.

South Florida has outscored opponents 47-0 in the first quarter of its first three games.

Austin Trainor threw two first-half touchdown passes for Florida A&M (1-2), the second bringing the Rattlers within 28-14 with 11:48 left in the first half.
