Blue Bombers 20, Roughriders 13: Zach Collaros threw for 267 yards and a touchdown as visiting Winnipeg held off Saskatchewan to reach the Grey Cup for the first time since 2011.

Collaros completed 17-of-25 passes with the touchdown strike to Kenny Lawler Jr. before the Blue Bombers (13-7) stopped the Roughriders inside the 10 on three consecutive downs in the final seconds to preserve the victory. Darvin Adams had four catches for 93 yards while Nic Demski added another 72 yards on five catches for Winnipeg, which goes for its first Grey Cup since 1990 against Hamilton next Sunday.

Cody Fajardo, returning after missing the last game with an oblique injury, was 27-of-41 for 366 yards through the air but his final passing attempt hit the goal post on third down as Saskatchewan (13-6) missed a chance at returning to the Grey Cup for the first time since 2013. Kyran Moore hauled in nine passes for 119 yards while Naaman Roosevelt gained another 87 yards on seven receptions for the Roughriders.

Steven Richardson recovered a fumble by William Powell (100 yards from scrimmage) to set up Justin Medlock's 32-yard field goal that gave the Blue Bombers a 3-1 lead. Collaros was deep in his own territory before connecting with Adams for 63 yards, and two plays later found Lawler for a 26-yard scoring strike, but Brett Lauther's 13-yard field goal with 2:20 left in the second quarter helped the Roughriders pull within 11-4 at intermission.

Medlock (13 yards) and Lauther (42) traded field goals before Winston Rose picked off a pass and returned it 62 yards to set Medlock's 43-yard kick as Winnipeg took a 10-point lead to the final quarter. Two more Lauther field goals (13, 33 yards) sandwiched a Medlock 34-yarder and the Blue Bombers made a goal-line stand with 2:15 to go before stopping the Roughriders as time expired.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Medlock has connected on 20 consecutive field goals. … Rose, who led the league with nine interceptions during the regular season, had a team-high eight tackles Saturday. … Solomon Elimimian led the Roughriders with eight tackles. … Saskatchewan's WR Shaq Evans (toe), the team's leading receiver, was a game-day decision and finished with four catches for 41 yards. … Winnipeg DB Jeff Hecht and WR Lucky Whitehead were placed on the one-game injured list while Saskatchewan WR Kenny Stafford was inactive. … The Blue Bombers' 107-yard drive for their first touchdown was the longest in CFL playoff history since Edmonton went 108 yards to score against BC in 2011.
