Roughriders 41, Lions 8: Kevin Glenn threw for 320 yards and three touchdowns while Ed Gainey recorded a franchise-record four interceptions and recovered a fumble as Saskatchewan defeated visiting BC for the first time in eight meetings.

Glenn, who did not throw for a TD in a 30-15 loss to the Lions last week, completed 19-of-25 passes and Gainey took one of his interceptions all the way back for a score. Cameron Marshall recorded a pair of touchdowns and gained 104 total yards while Naaman Roosevelt gained 80 yards on three catches for the Roughriders (3-4), who beat BC for the first time since Aug. 24, 2014.

Jonathan Jennings struggled after missing almost four games with a shoulder injury, going 14-of-30 for 195 yards with four interceptions for the Lions (5-3), who trailed 36-0 after three quarters. Chris Williams hauled in six passes for 95 yards and a TD for BC, which had won five of its previous six games.

Gainey's first interception set up Glenn's 35-yard touchdown pass to Bakari Grant, and Gainey scored himself on the second, rumbling 49 yards up the middle after picking off a pass by Jennings to give the Roughriders a 15-0 lead after one quarter. Marshall powered his way into the end zone from 1 yard out early in the second before taking a swing pass from Glenn and turning it into a 29-yard score as Saskatchewan went to halftime with a 29-0 advantage.

Derrick Moncrief intercepted Jennings deep in Roughriders' territory and Glenn lofted a 7-yard scoring strike to Duron Carter with 2:52 left in the third quarter for a 36-0 lead. Jennings spoiled Saskatchewan's shutout attempt early in the fourth when he connected with Williams for a 56-yard TD, but the Roughriders went on to improve to 3-1 at home.

GAME NOTEBOOK: BC's Bryan Burnham (foot), who had five receptions for 131 yards in last week's game against the Roughriders, was a late scratch Sunday while fellow WR Nick Moore (back) left the game after making two catches for 26 yards and did not return. … Saskatchewan DL Zach Minter (calf) was placed on the six-game injured list and WR Caleb Holley (15 receptions) was scratched from the lineup. … The Roughriders recorded only two interceptions in the first six games of the season before finishing with five Sunday. … BC QB Travis Lulay, who went 3-1 in the previous four games while Jennings was hurt, completed 5-of-9 passes for 54 yards in the first half Sunday.
