Eskimos 37, Lions 26: Mike Reilly threw for 412 yards and accounted for four touchdowns as host Edmonton pulled away from BC in the fourth quarter to remain the only undefeated team in the CFL.

Vidal Hazelton made eight catches for 159 yards and a TD for the Eskimos (5-0), who are off to their best start since 2011. Brandon Zylstra had seven receptions for 107 yards and a score while Duke Williams hauled in four passes for 104 yards as Edmonton went to the air after losing running back Travon Van to a shoulder injury in the first quarter.

Travis Lulay completed 22-of-26 passes for 259 yards and a pair touchdowns while also running for a score for the Lions (4-2), who saw their four-game winning streak come to an end. Jeremiah Johnson accumulated 74 total yards and a TD while Manny Arceneaux caught a touchdown pass for BC, which surrendered 462 total yards.

Reilly (24-of-33) hit Williams in stride for a 65-yard gain on the first play from scrimmage to set up Zylstra's 14-yard touchdown catch and Sean Whyte kicked a 44-yard field goal to help put the Eskimos on top 10-3 after one quarter. Reilly aired out an 108-yard touchdown toss to Hazelton to stretch Edmonton's lead before Lulay responded with a 17-yard scoring strike to Arceneaux, but Whyte converted a 41-yard attempt with 1:07 left in the second quarter to give the Eskimos a 20-10 advantage at intermission.

The Lions came storming back as Ty Long made a 43-yard kick and Johnson caught a 5-yard TD pass on a third-down gamble to tie the game before Edmonton jumped back in front on a 19-yard chip shot by Whyte. Reilly scored on a 1-yard quarterback sneak early in the fourth to put the Eskimos on top 29-20 and put the game out of reach when he called his own number from a yard out with 2:14 remaining.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Reilly moved past the legendary Warren Moon (1,369) for third place on Edmonton's all-time completions list … Lions DB T.J. Lee made three tackles and an interception before leaving the game in the second quarter with a dislocated elbow. … Hazelton's 108-yard touchdown catch was the longest in franchise history, pushing the 105-yarder by Jason Tucker in 2005 out of the team's record book.
