Chance McMillian scored a career-high 27 points to lead No. 20 Texas Tech to an 85-84 win over No. 11 Oklahoma on Saturday in Norman, Okla.

The Sooners had a chance to tie or take the lead in the final seconds after Joe Toussaint missed the second of two free throws to keep the Red Raiders' lead at two.

But Milos Uzan's layup bounced off the rim and Pop Isaacs grabbed the rebound and hit a pair of free throws with four seconds left to put the game away, though Oklahoma's Rivaldo Soares hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer.

Isaacs finished with 18 points, 13 in the second half, as Texas Tech (16-3, 5-1 Big 12) won for the 11th time in 12 games.

The teams traded blows throughout.

Texas Tech was up 75-73 with 2:15 remaining following a Toussaint layup, but Soares answered with a 3-pointer to put the Sooners right back on top.

But in the end, McMillian and Isaacs were too much for Oklahoma to handle.

Isaacs came alive late, scoring eight points in the final 3:15, including back-to-back layups to tie the game with 2:52 left.

McMillian delivered the biggest blow, answering Soares' 3-pointer with one of his own with 1:27 remaining to put the Red Raiders up for good at 78-76.

Soares led Oklahoma (15-5, 3-4) with a season-high 19 points, going 3-for-5 from behind the arc.

Otega Oweh added 14 points and Sam Godwin and Uzan had 13 apiece for the Sooners.

Texas Tech used its hot shooting to jump ahead 17-9, going 8 of 13 from the floor to start the game.

Despite going nearly seven minutes without a field goal, the Sooners didn't fade away.

Oklahoma put together a 12-0 run, moving in front 21-17 with 7:26 to go in the first half.

Texas Tech settled back in, though, with a 12-4 spurt to end the half. McMillian and Toussaint each drained a triple during the surge, which pulled the Red Raiders within 34-33 at the break.
