LJ Cryer scored 20 points, and Jonathan Tchamwa Tchatchoua added 14 points and 13 rebounds as No. 4 Baylor romped to a 99-54 victory over visiting Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Saturday afternoon in Waco, Texas, to remain undefeated.

The Bears (8-0) led by 23 points at the half and continued to pour it on, scoring the first nine points in the second half on the way to a 39-point lead after a 3-pointer by Matthew Mayer with 14:31 to play in the game.

Baylor led by as many as 50 points late in the game and has now won 32 straight nonconference contests.

Tchamwa Tchatchoua's points and rebounds were both career highs. Mayer added 14 points, with Jeremy Sochan scoring 12 and Kendall Brown hitting for 11 points for Baylor. The Bears shot 62.5 percent in the second half and garnered a 49-24 edge in rebounds in the game.

Brandon Brown led the Golden Lions with 19 points while Shawn Williams added 10 for Arkansas-Pine Bluff (1-9). All nine of the Golden Lions' losses have been on the road.

The Bears were up 24-13 at the 12:23 mark of the first half before reeling off a 14-2 run over the ensuing seven minutes that included 11 consecutive points and a 6:17 stretch where Arkansas-Pine Bluff missed seven straight shots and had three turnovers. That gave Baylor a 23-point lead with 4:38 to play in the half and it settled for a 44-21 advantage at the break.

Cryer and Tchamwa Tchatchoua led the Bears with 10 points each in the half, with the two players nearly matching the Golden Lions' total team output. Baylor was far from perfect, shooting just 42 percent and committing eight turnovers in the half but it did dominate the boards, forging a 28-13 edge on the glass that included 12 offensive rebounds.

Brown and Kylen Milton scored 6 points apiece to lead Arkansas-Pine Bluff, which shot just 34.5 percent in the half, hit only 1 of its 14 shots from beyond the arc and did not attempt a free throw.
