The Big Green (3-7) lost their sixth straight despite getting a season-high 20 points from Cam Krystkowiak. The Ivy League team fell to 2-5 on the road.

Coming off an overtime loss at Stanford, Dartmouth used two hoops, including a 3-pointer, by Krystkowiak in a 7-2, game-opening run that allowed the visitors to lead by as many as eight in the first half.

Down 14-6, Cal scored 21 of the period's final 30 points to go up 27-23 at the break. Shepherd and Anticevich contributed 3-pointers to the run, while Joel Brown added a three-point play.

A Garrison Wade 3-pointer 23 seconds into the second half allowed Dartmouth to get within one, but Cal gradually took command, gaining as much as a 12-point lead before holding on at the end.

Anticevich's 15 rebounds were four more than the fifth-year senior had previously grabbed in a game in his Cal career. He also found time for seven points and a team-high four assists.

Kelly's double-double was his fifth of the year, as Cal outrebounded the visitors 45-33. He also had two of the Golden Bears' four blocks.

Krystkowiak's 20 points off the bench were eight more than his previous best in this, his freshman season for the Big Green. The son of former NBA player and Utah coach Larry Krystkowiak also had six rebounds and three assists.
