Arkansas shot 51.7 percent in the first half but could not create any real separation from the Bears, never creating more than a 10-point margin and leading by just 41-35 at halftime. Central Arkansas tied the game at 21 at the 8:05 mark before the Razorbacks forged a 34-24 lead after a layup up Davis at the 4:04 mark and by 10 points with 1:59 left in the half on Umude's free throw.
