Holland Woods made two free throws with 5.3 seconds remaining to secure Arizona State's 75-73 victory Sunday over Oregon State in a Pac-12 game at Tempe, Ariz.

Remy Martin led Arizona State (7-9, 4-6) with 23 points but shot 5-for-18 from the field. He was 12 of 16 at the free-throw line.

Alonzo Verge Jr. finished with 15 points on 4-of-12 shooting and Jalen Graham had 14 points and 11 rebounds. Woods finished with 1o points, all in the second half.

Arizona State increased its winning streak to 12 games over Oregon State (10-10, 6-8) in Tempe.

Bobby Hurley won his 100th game as the Sun Devils' coach, and Arizona State won despite having only seven scholarship players available.

Josh Christopher (back), Marcus Bagley (ankle) Caleb Christopher (undisclosed), Pavlo Dziuba (COVID-19 protocol) and Taeshon Cherry (personal reasons) did not suit up.

Ethan Thompson had a team-high 18 points and Jarod Lucas added 15 for Oregon State.

The Beavers scored six unanswered points capped by Warith Alatishe's jumper in the lane to tie the game at 66 with 2:02 remaining.

After a timeout, Graham made a dunk off a pass from Jaelen House. Thompson responded with a jumper to tie the game again at 68 with 1:09 left.

Martin made his first 3-pointer of the game with 37 seconds left to give Arizona State a 71-68 lead.

After Rodrigue Andela made a dunk for Oregon State with 27 seconds left, Gianni Hunt fouled out of the game, sending Martin to the line. Martin made both free throws to put Arizona State ahead 73-70 with 18.2 seconds remaining.

Thompson was fouled and made one of two free throws. Andela rebounded the miss and passed to Thompson, who lost control of the ball. A jumpball was called with 6.2 seconds left with the Sun Devils having possession.

Woods was fouled with 5.3 seconds remaining and made the game-clinching free throws to put Arizona State ahead 75-71.

The scoring ended with less than a second left with two free throws by Tariq Silver.

Arizona State never trailed after scoring the game's first nine points and holding Oregon State scoreless for more than four minutes after the tip.
