Micah Potter notched 19 points and No. 7 Wisconsin scored the game's first 25 points while rolling to an easy 92-58 victory over Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Friday night at Madison, Wis.

D'Mitrik Trice knocked down three 3-pointers while scoring 15 points for the Badgers (2-0). Nate Reuvers added 14 points and Aleem Ford had 10 for Wisconsin, which committed just seven turnovers and led by as many as 40 points.

Wisconsin shot 52.5 percent from the field, including 10 of 19 from 3-point range.

Shaun Doss Jr. scored 16 points, Joshuwan Johnson added 13 and Dequan Morris had 10 for the Golden Lions, who committed 15 turnovers.

Pine Bluff shot 34 percent from the field, including 6 of 14 from behind the arc.

The Golden Lions have dropped their first two games by an average of 38 points. Pine Bluff fell 99-57 to Marquette in its season opener on Wednesday.

Ford made two 3-pointers and scored eight overall points during the game-opening 25-0 blitz. He opened the game with a 3-pointer and added a layup to make it 12-0 less than three minutes into the game.

Jonathan Davis' basket made it 19-0 with 14:22 left in the first half before Tyler Wahl and Ford drained 3-pointers to make it a 25-point lead with 12:37 left.

Nicholas Jones converted Pine Bluff's first basket with 10:04 remaining after the Golden Lions missed 11 straight shots and converted five turnovers during the drought.

After Jones' basket, the Badgers scored 11 of the next 14 points with Davis knocking down a 3-pointer to make it 36-5 with 7:07 remaining in the half.

Reuvers made two free throws to give Wisconsin a 45-10 lead with 4:23 remaining in the half.

The Badgers led 53-19 when the game reached the break. Wisconsin shot 60.6 percent from the field and didn't commit a turnover while Pine Bluff shot 30.4 percent and had 11 turnovers.

The Badgers held a 39-point lead early in the second half before the Golden Lions had their first solid stretch with a 17-5 run to cut their deficit to 63-36 with 14:26 left in the contest.

Wisconsin responded with a 11-2 spurt to hold a 74-38 lead just with 10:10 remaining.

The lead reached 40 at 83-43 when Davis split two free throws with 7:08 to play.
