Goodwin’s free throws got the Knights back within 57-52 with five minutes remaining, but Harris connected from beyond the arc and Wiegand added a layup to make it a 10-point cushion as the Flames closed it out.

UIC jumped out to a 14-3 lead as Harris poured in eight points, but UCF used a 13-3 burst to take the lead with just under four minutes left in the half and carried a 30-27 lead into the break.
