No. 11 Kentucky 84, Missouri 79: Aaron Harrison led the way with 21 points and James Young added 20 as the visiting Wildcats held off the Tigers.

Julius Randle collected 18 points and nine rebounds for Kentucky (16-5, 6-2 SEC), which snapped a two-game road losing streak. Andrew Harrison contributed 14 points and four assists as the Wildcats shot 53.6 percent from the field.

Jabari Brown scored a career-high 33 points on 10-of-17 shooting for Missouri (16-5, 4-4). Jordan Clarkson nearly matched his teammate with 28 points on 11-of-17 shooting but the Tigers did not put anyone else in double figures.

Kentucky shot 55.2 percent from the field in the first half to take a 42-32 lead into the break and got a pair of 3-pointers from Young and another from Aaron Harrison in a 13-6 burst that spread the lead out to 59-43 just under 5 1/2 minutes into the second period. Missouri responded with an 11-2 run to chop the deficit to seven points midway through the half.

Brown scored nine straight points for the Tigers, cutting it to 66-63 on a dunk with just over seven minutes left, before the Wildcats pushed it back to an eight-point gap with just over three minutes to play. Brown brought Missouri back again, converting a four-point play to cut it to 78-75, but Randle responded with a jumper and Aaron Harrison added four points in the final 20 seconds to put it away.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Clarkson and Brown have each scored in double figures in all 21 games for the Tigers. … Young went 8-of-14 from the field to mark his fourth straight contest over 50 percent after nine in a row below the even mark. … Missouri entered the game leading the SEC in free-throw percentage at 72.3 but struggled to 19-of-29 from the stripe.
