Saint Peter's 83, Seton Hall 80 (OT): Desi Washington scored a career-high 34 points, including the decisive 3-pointer in the final seconds of overtime, as the visiting Peacocks stunned the Pirates.

Marvin Dominique added 25 points for Saint Peter's (3-6), which turned the ball over only eight times. Quadir Welton chipped with 10 points and Trevis Wyche dished out five assists for the Peacocks, who beat Seton Hall for the first time since Dec. 14, 1985.

Brian Oliver led the way with 26 points for Seton Hall (7-4), nailing a 3-pointer with one second left in regulation to force overtime. Sterling Gibbs scored 17 points and Eugene Teague recorded his fourth consecutive double-double, notching 14 points and 11 rebounds for the Pirates, who finished 25-of-28 from the line.

Dominique scored to give Saint Peter's a 64-59 advantage with less than two minutes to go in regulation before Gibbs scored five straight points and Oliver's big triple forged a 68-68 tie and pushed the game into the extra session. The teams traded 3-pointers early in overtime but Washington hit a clutch triple with 42 seconds left and then another to snap an 80-80 tie with just five seconds remaining to end the Peacocks' 17-game losing streak to Seton Hall.

Washington led all scorers with 11 points in the opening 20 minutes as Saint Peter's closed out the first half on a 21-11 run to make it 26-26 at the break. Dominique scored five consecutive points to give the Peacocks their biggest lead of the game at 38-33 before Gibbs hit a pair of free throws to put Seton Hall up by three with nine minutes left.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Seton Hall G Fuquan Edwin missed his third straight game with an ankle injury. … Three or more Pirates scored in double figures for the fourth straight game. … Saint Peter's achieved its highest scoring output of the season and beat its scoring average by 18 points in the process.
