Jermaine Couisnard made a driving layup with 12 seconds remaining to break a tie and give Oregon a 76-74 victory against Washington in a Pacific-12 Conference game Thursday night in Seattle.

Jackson Shelstad led the Ducks (11-3, 3-0 Pac-12) with 17 points. Couisnard added 16 points and Kwame Evans Jr. scored 15, with Couisnard and Evans sharing game-high honors with eight rebounds apiece.

Sahvir Wheeler led the Huskies (8-6, 0-3) with 18 points and four assists. Keion Brooks Jr. scored 16, Wilhelm Breidenbach had 14, Koren Johnson chipped in with 12 and Moses Wood added 11.

The Huskies remained winless in conference play despite having a lead of at least six points in the second half of all three games.

The Ducks made 12 of their first 16 field-goal attempts after the intermission, including nine in a row, to take a 58-51 lead with 10:43 remaining.

The Huskies tied it at 65-all on a 3-pointer by Johnson with 3:55 left and, following a steal by Wheeler, regained the lead on Johnson's driving layup.

Oregon's Jadrian Tracey tied it with two free throws and teammate Brennan Rigsby made a 3-pointer with 2:12 to go to give the Ducks a 70-67 lead.

Brooks made a jumper in the lane and was fouled with 1:53 to go, but missed the free throw that would've tied the score.

Two free throws by Couisnard made it 72-69 with 1:29 left.

Johnson tied it with a 3-pointer with 1:11 remaining to tie the score.

Evans made a layup with 47 seconds left to put Oregon up 74-72.

Brooks made two free throws with 39 seconds to go to tie it at 74-all, setting up Couisnard's heroics.

The Huskies led for most of the first half, taking a 36-30 advantage into the locker room as Wheeler scored 12 points on 5-of-7 shooting.
