Kylan Boswell and Oumar Ballo each scored 15 points to lead seven players in double figures, and No. 3 Arizona used a 20-0 run bridging the two halves to take control and cruise to a 101-56 victory over UT Arlington on Sunday in Tucson, Ariz.

The game was tied at 37 late in the first half, but the Wildcats (5-0) scored the final six points before the break and were relentless when play resumed. After the Mavericks (2-2) finally stopped the 20-point run, Arizona responded with a 13-0 surge.

Arizona's size, depth, athleticism and tempo wore down UTA, which was outscored 58-19 in the second half.

Boswell made 3 of 4 3-point attempts, while Ballo made 7 of 8 shots from the field. Pelle Larsson and Jaden Bradley each scored 13 points, Keshad Johnson had 11 and Caleb Love and Motiejus Krivas added 10 apiece.

Shemar Wilson finished with 19 points after helping keep UTA in the game with 15 in the first half. DaJuan Gordon, who started the season with three consecutive double-doubles, struggled throughout, with two points and four rebounds on 1-of-6 shooting.

Arizona has reached a triple-digit point total in three of its five games this season. The Wildcats shot 52.1 percent (38 of 73) for the game on Sunday.

The Mavericks were effective for most of the first half, packing in their defense and limiting Arizona on the offensive glass while tempting the Wildcats into taking 3-pointers.

UTA started quickly, leading 6-0, and the game was tied at 23 midway through the first half. The game see-sawed from there, with the Mavericks scoring the next five points, Arizona rallying to take a five-point lead and then UTA forging another tie at 37.

The Wildcats got the final word with a 6-0 run over the final 1:10, including Bradley's drive and one-handed jumper in the lane with three seconds left.
