Sophomore guard Kobe King led three scorers in double figures with 24 points, lifting Wisconsin to an 84-64 win over Indiana at the Kohl Center in Madison, Wis.

Junior forward Nate Reuvers added 20 points for the Badgers (5-4, 1-0 Big Ten), who snapped a three-game losing streak and improved to 5-0 at home this season. Junior forward Aleem Ford had 13 points.

Indiana (8-1, 0-1 Big Ten) suffered its first loss of the season in its first road game and first conference game. The Hoosiers had won eight straight -- all at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall -- and were coming off an 80-64 win over No. 17 Florida State in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.

Junior guard Al Durham led the Hoosiers with 17 points, with senior guard Devonte Green and junior forward Justin Smith adding 10 points apiece. Indiana dropped its 17th straight game at the Kohl Center, a streak that dates to 1998, the year the arena opened.

Wisconsin shot 62.5 percent from the field in the first half (20-32) to jump to a 47-27 halftime lead. King scored 17 of his points in the first half, going 8 of 10 from the field.

After a layup by Indiana center Joey Brunk cut Wisconsin's lead to 5-4, the Hoosiers went on a 14-0 run. Ford and Reuvers hit back-to-back 3-pointers to put Wisconsin up 11-4, then King contributed a pair of inside baskets. A basket by D'Mitrik Trice extended the Badgers lead to 19-4.

Wisconsin maintained its double-digit lead for the rest of the half, taking advantage of Indiana defensive breakdowns to go 6 of 13 (46.2 percent) from 3-point range in the first half. Wisconsin's sixth 3-pointer of the first half, from Brevin Pritzl, put the Badgers up 45-25 with 1:31 left in the first half.

Indiana was unable to get back into the game in the second half and trailed by as many as 31 points.
