TCU 62, Texas Tech 42: Kyan Anderson had 19 points and three assists as the visiting Horned Frogs ended a 21-game losing streak in Big 12 Conference games.

Chauncey Collins added 10 points off the bench for TCU (14-3, 1-3), which also snapped a 20-game conference road losing streak. Chris Washburn chipped in eight points and a game-high eight rebounds.

Randy Onwuasor led Texas Tech (10-8, 0-5) with 10 points and Aaron Ross added seven points off the bench. The Red Raiders were held to 22.9 percent shooting from the floor while both teams missed 11 free throws.

Collins hit a 3-pointer and Karviar Shepherd had a pair of jumpers during a 12-3 first-half run that gave TCU a 22-13 lead with four minutes left. The teams went a combined 1-of-9 the rest of the half with Anderson's floater in the final seconds giving the Horned Frogs a 24-14 halftime lead.

Anderson and Washburn had back-to-back three-point plays for a 31-14 lead early in the second half. Devaugntah Williams capped a 6-0 run to get the Red Raiders within 38-27 with 11 minutes left but TCU answered with a 12-2 run - including Washburn's fast-break layup off a steal - and were never threatened.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The win was TCU's third league win since joining the Big 12 and first conference road win since beating Air Force in February 2012 as a member of the Mountain West. ... Texas Tech coach Tubby Smith falls to 0-5 in league play for the first time in his 24-year coaching career. ... The Red Raiders' points and shooting percentage were both season lows.
