Seton Hall 89, USF 69: Angel Delgado scored 16 points to lead the offense as the visiting Pirates knocked off the Bulls.

Sterling Gibbs added 14 points, six assists and two steals for Seton Hall (9-1), which won its second straight game. Brandon Mobley contributed 11 points and five boards while Isaiah Whitehead totaled 10 points, five rebounds, five assists, a steal and a block for the Pirates.

Chris Perry's 16 points paced USF (5-5), which has lost four in a row following a 5-1 start. Ruben Guerrero had 13 points and Bo Zeigler chipped in with 11 points on 4-of-4 shooting off the bench for the Bulls, who didn't help their cause with a 53.6-percent showing from the foul line.

The Pirates jumped out to an early lead on a bucket from Delgado and a pair of 3-pointers from Mobley to establish an 8-2 advantage off the opening tip. The Bulls kept within striking distance for much of the first half, remaining within 10 points until the final minute, when a Haralds Karlis 3-pointer sent Seton Hall into the break with a 45-33 lead.

In the second half, the Pirates used an early 11-5 spurt to stretch the margin to 18. USF scored eight of the final nine points to make the score more respectable, but that was after a late Jaren Sina 3-pointer increased the bulge to 27 with 3:09 remaining.
