Michigan 77, No. 3 Wisconsin 70: Nik Stauskas scored a game-high 23 points as the visiting Wolverines held off a late rally from the Badgers to extend their winning streak to seven.

Stauskas made a 3-pointer with 48.1 seconds left for a four-point lead and Caris LeVert registered 20 points as Michigan (13-4, 5-0 Big Ten) snapped an 11-game losing streak at Wisconsin. Glenn Robinson III added 14 points for the Wolverines, who shot 54.7 percent from the field -- 7-of-13 from 3-point range.

Josh Gasser led the way with 16 points for the Badgers (16-2, 3-2), who could not rebound from their first loss at Indiana on Tuesday. Frank Kaminsky and Ben Brust each scored 14 while Sam Dekker added 10.

LeVert scored 13 and Robinson had 12 as Michigan shot 60.7 percent from the field and led by as many as 10 points in the first half. Gasser helped Wisconsin whittle its deficit to 43-38 at intermission with 13 points, including 3-of-3 from 3-point range, in the opening 20 minutes.

The Wolverines pushed their lead as high as 15 in the second half, but a 3-pointer by Gasser ignited a 10-0 run that pulled the Badgers within three with under four minutes left. Brust cut the lead to 68-67 with a rebound basket before Stauskas made a step-back 3-pointer to give Michigan some breathing room.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Michigan F Jon Horford recorded seven rebounds, two blocks and was 3-of-3 shooting for six points off the bench while C Jordan Morgan pulled down eight boards and had three blocks for the Wolverines. … Badgers G Traevon Jackson, who recorded a career-high 21 points at Indiana on Tuesday, was held to 3-of-11 from the field and seven points. … Michigan, which is 5-0 in Big Ten play for the first time since 2002-03, has shot better than 50 percent from the field in each of its last four games.
