North Carolina 68, Clemson 59: Dexter Strickland scored 16 points and Reggie Bullock added 12 points, nine rebounds and six assists as the visiting Tar Heels notched their fourth straight win.

P.J. Hairston and James Michael McAdoo contributed 11 points apiece for North Carolina (20-8, 10-5 ACC), which has won five straight meetings and 15 of the last 16 against Clemson.

Devin Booker collected 25 points and 11 rebounds and Milton Jennings added 12 points and 10 boards for the Tigers (13-14, 5-10), who have lost three straight and six of seven. Clemson dropped to 0-11 when trailing at halftime.

The Tar Heels never trailed. It was tied twice - at 3 and at 18 - but North Carolina reeled off a 20-6 run to end the half and take a 38-24 advantage into the break.

North Carolina let Clemson claw back into it by going without a field goal for the final 4:48. Booker's layup with 59 seconds left pulled the Tigers within 66-59, but they didn't get any closer.

GAME NOTEBOOK: North Carolina has won 20 or more games in 40 of the past 43 seasons, including the last nine straight under coach Roy Williams. … Clemson sophomore F K.J. McDaniels sat out with a sprained ankle suffered during Thursday's shoot-around. … The teams' benches combined for 18 points. Clemson got 10 points from its reserves, and North Carolina got eight points from its bench.
