Andrew Andrews scored a season-high 20 points and Shawn Kemp Jr. posted a career-high 18 as the host Huskies ended a four-game losing streak in Pac-12 play.

Aziz N’Diaye contributed 16 points and 10 rebounds, including a key offensive rebound and three-point play with 34 seconds left for Washington (13-9, 5-4). Scott Suggs contributed 14 points and C.J. Wilcox scored his 10 in the second half for the Huskies.

Jahii Carson scored a season-high 32 points to lead the Sun Devils, who missed a chance to move into a tie for first in the conference standings. Jonathan Gilling added a career-high 22 points, shooting 6-for-8 from 3-point range for Arizona State (17-5, 6-3).

A 9-0 run by the Huskies pushed their lead to 63-48 with 16:40 remaining but the Sun Devils mounted a comeback behind Carson, who came in third in the nation in scoring among freshmen (17.6). Gilling’s final 3-pointer tied the score at 89 with 1:04 remaining, but N’Diaye followed with his three-point play to push the lead back to three.

Carson scored his final points on a 3-pointer with 17 seconds left to trim the deficit to 94-92. The Huskies were called for a five-second violation on the ensuing inbounds play, but Arizona State couldn’t capitalize as N’Diaye blocked Carson’s drive with four seconds left and Wilcox clinched the win with two free throws.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Carson came in averaging 22 points in six road games this season. … Arizona State was picked to finish 11th in the conference. … Arizona State forward Carrick Felix, who came in averaging 14.9 points and 8.3 rebounds, did not collect his first rebound until 3:30 remained in the game. He finished with 10 points and one rebound.
