Oregon 60, Nebraska 38: Tony Woods scored 14 points and E.J. Singler added 13 as the host Ducks dispatched of the Cornhuskers.

Arsalan Kazemi had 10 points, a season-best 17 rebounds and four steals and Oregon (9-1) held Nebraska to a season-worst 30.6 percent shooting from the field while improving to 8-0 at home.

Dylan Talley scored 11 points for the Cornhuskers (6-3), who posted a season-low in points for the second straight game. Nebraska scored 42 in a loss to Creighton on Dec. 6.

Woods scored three consecutive baskets during an 8-0 burst that saw Oregon take an 18-6 lead shortly before the midway point of the first half. The Ducks led 27-18 at the break.

Nebraska went 1-of-10 from the field to start the second half as Oregon boosted its advantage to 37-20 on Singler’s layup with 13:35 remaining. The Cornhuskers pulled within 41-30 on a 3-pointer by Mike Peltz with 9:15 to play before the Ducks went on a game-ending 19-8 spurt.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Ducks had a 37-21 edge on the boards. … Nebraska G David Rivers departed in the first half with an apparent left leg injury after landing awkwardly after battling for a rebound. … Oregon missed its first 11 3-pointers before Singler drained one with 7:10 to play. The Ducks finished 2-of-13.
