Texas A&M 81, Prairie View A&M 59: Junior guard Fabyon Harris hit 4-of-6 from 3-point range and scored a game-high 18 points to lead the Aggies over the visiting Panthers.

Senior forward Ray Turner scored 15 of his 17 points in the second half and freshman guard J'Mychal Reese added 15 for Texas A&M (3-0).

Jules Montgomery had 12 points, while Jourdan DeMuynck and Carl Blair each scored 10 to lead the Panthers (2-2), who took an early 15-10 lead by holding the Aggies without a point for 8 minutes during an 11-0 run.

Reese ended the drought with a bucket with 8:24 left in the first half and the Aggies hit six 3-pointers during a 27-6 run on the way to a 37-25 halftime lead.

The Aggies were 8-of-13 from the 3-point line in the first half and finished 9-of-19.
