Missouri 88, Oklahoma State 70: The Tigers made sure there was no chance of a repeat of their upset loss in Stillwater, Okla., earlier this season, scoring 23 of the first 29 points and cruising to an easy win to advance to a semifinal matchup with the Iowa State-Texas winner.

Kim English scored 21 of his 27 in the first half to help the fifth-ranked Tigers (28-4) build a 49-24 halftime lead. He had outscored the Cowboys (15-18) until they scored on their final two possessions of the half.

Marcus Denmon took over the scoring load in the second half, as 17 of his 24 points came after the break, and he scored 10 straight Missouri points during one stretch.

Phil Pressey's 12 assists for Missouri matched his career high and fell one short of Stepfon Hannah's school mark.

Playing his last game for the Cowboys, Keiton Page scored a team-high 22 points and made six 3-pointers. His 299 career 3-pointers are a school record and the most among active Big 12 players.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Two Missouri players had scored more than 20 points in only two previous Big 12 tournament games. Keyon Dooling and Clarence Gilbert did it in 2000, and Jason Sutherland and Derek Grimm did it in 1997. … The Cowboys again were without freshman Le'Bryan Nash, who scored 27 in the win over Missouri earlier this season. Nash (hand) announced Wednesday he will return to school next year rather than declare for the NBA draft. … Missouri improved to 5-5 all-time at Sprint Center. The Tigers are 3-0 there this season. … Missouri's Michael Dixon Jr. surpassed 1,000 career points in the first half, and English went past 1,500 career points in the second half.
