Michael Dixon scored a career-high 30 points off the bench to lead four Missouri players in double figures, and the eighth-ranked Tigers continued their best start in three decades with a 94-56 home win over William & Mary on Sunday at Mizzou Arena.

The Tigers improved to 11-0 for the seventh time in school history and the first since the 1981-82 season. The 38-point win was one point shy of the Tigers' largest margin of victory this season. They have beaten their first 11 opponents by an average of 27.7 points.

The Tribe (2-9) didn't score until the 8:27 mark of the first half, missing its first eight shots as Missouri opened a 19-0 lead.

Missouri was as efficient as ever on offense, shooting 35 of 58 (60.3 percent) from the field. The Tigers entered the game ranked fourth in the nation at 51.9 percent.

Dixon had a particularly hot hand, going 13 of 19 overall and 3 of 7 from 3-point range. His previous high was 19 against Northwestern State earlier this season.

William & Mary has lost nine straight road games dating to a 73-67 win at James Madison on Feb. 2, 2011. The Tribe drops to 0-8 against current members of the Big 12.
