Heat 108, Trail Blazers 104: Dwyane Wade knocked down two big jumpers late en route to 32 points as host Miami rallied against Portland.

Luol Deng added 24 points and four 3-pointers and Goran Dragic chipped in 20 points and 11 assists for the Heat, who moved one game ahead of Boston and Indiana for seventh place in the East. Wade scored 15 points in the fourth quarter, including the final eight, as Miami outscored Portland by 13 in the second half in winning for the sixth time in its last seven home games.

LaMarcus Aldridge had 34 points and 12 rebounds for the Trail Blazers, who fell to 1-2 on their five-game road trip that ends Saturday in Memphis. Damian Lillard scored 17 points and Chris Kaman recorded 13 rebounds off the bench as Portland dropped one-half game behind Houston to fourth in the Western Conference.

A 3-pointer by Aaron Afflalo and a running hook and putback by Aldridge gave Portland a 104-102 lead with 54 seconds left, but Wade used a pick to drain a jumper and Aldridge fired an air ball on the other end. Wade drained another jumper off a pick and knocked down two free throws to seal it after Portland was called for a backcourt violation on a sideline inbounds play.

Aldridge scored 13 points and the Trail Blazers shot 73.7 percent in the first quarter en route to a 32-27 lead and they extended the halftime edge to 57-48. A Dragic shot from the arc got Miami within two entering the fourth, Deng opened the final stanza with a 3-pointer and Wade extended the lead to eight with a three-point play and two free throws with 5:40 to play.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Wade has scored 25 or more points in seven straight games for the first time since the 2009-10 season. … The Heat shot 7-of-10 from the arc while the Blazers were 10-of-26. ... Aldridge recorded his 35th double-double - eighth-most in the NBA.
