Celtics 95, Magic 88: Evan Turner scored 16 of his season-high 30 points in the fourth quarter as host Boston rallied to win its third in a row.

Kelly Olynyk had 13 points and fellow reserve Phil Pressey set season highs with 10 points and 10 assists for the Celtics, who have won eight of their last nine at home. Avery Bradley also scored 10 as Boston pulled within a game of the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.

Elfrid Payton finished with 20 points and nine assists while Nikola Vucevic chipped in 16 points and 11 rebounds for Orlando, which defeated the Celtics at home on Sunday. Tobias Harris also tallied 16 points as the Magic lost their 10th straight on the road.

Harris had five points in an early 15-2 run and Orlando scored twice in the final two seconds of the first half on a layup, a Celtics turnover and a buzzer-beater by Harris to go up 50-40 at halftime. Boston scored the first seven points of the third quarter but the Magic quickly rebuilt a double-digit advantage and settled for a 72-66 lead entering the fourth.

It was an eight-point gap approaching the midway point of the quarter when Turner and Bradley hit 3-pointers and Turner scored again to tie it at 79. Turner later added a three-point play and then had back-to-back baskets and an assist on a layup by Brandon Bass to give Boston a 91-85 lead with 53 seconds left.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Celtics G Isaiah Thomas missed his second straight game with back and elbow soreness. ... The teams combined to go 25-of-48 at the line. ... SG Victor Oladipo and PF Aaron Gordon each had 11 points for Orlando.
