Grizzlies 97, Lakers 90: Zach Randolph had 24 points and 13 rebounds as host Memphis rallied to complete a four-game season sweep of Los Angeles.

Marc Gasol scored 18 points for the Grizzlies, who defeated the Lakers for the sixth consecutive time. Jeff Green had 16 points and made all 10 of his free-throw attempts and Tony Allen scored 15 points on 7-of-8 shooting.

Rookie Jordan Clarkson scored a season-best 25 points and recorded six assists as Los Angeles lost for the 14th time in its last 15 road games. Wayne Ellington and Wesley Johnson scored 14 points apiece and Jordan Hill added 13 points and eight rebounds.

Memphis trailed by 10 points early in the fourth quarter but moved within 85-84 on two free throws by Gasol with 3:18 remaining and later inched ahead at 88-87 on two free throws by Green with 1:36 to play. One free throw by Mike Conley and two by Gasol made it a four-point margin before Hill’s basket pulled the Lakers within two but Gasol hit two more free throws with 18.7 seconds remaining and Memphis held on.

Los Angeles was down by 10 in the first quarter but Clarkson finished with 17 first-half points as the Lakers took a 46-43 lead into the break. Randolph hit two free throws to tie it at 67 with 1:08 left in the third quarter before Los Angeles scored the next 10 points to hold a 77-67 lead with 10:15 remaining.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Grizzlies were 28-of-33 from the free-throw line and Los Angeles was 7-of-9. … Memphis SG/SF Vince Carter (foot) returned after a 14-game absence and was scoreless in six minutes. … SF Nick Young (knee) missed his sixth consecutive contest.
